ABOUT Mrs. Pitcher
Mrs. Pitcher is a true art NERD! Her whole life has been about art. She has a Bachelor's degree from BYU in Art History and a Master's degree in Art History and Curatorial Studies (that's a fancy way of saying art museum work). She has worked as a museum tour guide, a writer for an art magazine, an art teacher and for the last 12 years she's owned a private art studio. Her favorite art medium is clay because the possibilities are endless. But she has been working on painting for the last couple of years trying to improve her skills. She LOVES getting students as excited about art as she is.
When she's not doing or teaching or writing or talking about art, Mrs. Pitcher likes to spend time with her family: her husband (who is also an artist), her three daughters, and her son. She loves watching movies, playing games, traveling, Disneyland, eating yummy food, singing, playing volleyball and tennis and anything to do with water. She also has a super cute English Bulldog named Satchmo.
